D'banj wins the 2012 MOBO Awards for Best African Act

Congratulations to D'banj for beating his contemporaries Fally Ipupa, Sarkodie, Cabo Snoop, Camp Mulla, to win the 2012 MOBO Awards Best African Act of 2012. The awards held last nigh 3rd November at thhe Echo Arena, Liverpool, United Kingdom.

Iyanya features D'Banj in Kukere remix

While we are still busy dancing to 'Kukere' ,Iyanya has just dropped hints that the remix of the track is almost ready and will feature no other than the kokomaster himself, D'Banj.
He has confirmed this via his Twitter page;

What can you make out of this tweet? Will it be right to assume that Wizkid meant to yab D'Banj with his tweet? If I guess well I think the term "Akpan" means "boi-boi" in Nigerian context
